The prize consists of a traditional afternoon tea for two people.

The prize must be pre-booked and is subject to availability.

Blackout dates may apply, including peak periods, weekends, and special event days.

The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being notified, unless otherwise stated.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.

Any additional items ordered outside of the afternoon tea package will be chargeable.

Please notify us of any dietary requirements and allergies at the time of booking. The hotel cannot guarantee accommodation of requirements that are not disclosed in advance.

The winner will be selected at random and notified via the contact details provided at entry.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
